What’s on?
On University Mental Health Day we are working hard to change the narrative around student and PGR mental health. We know that being at university can raise a number of unique challenges to mental health and wellbeing.
Events taking place on Thursday 3 March:
- 10.30am: The PhD Survival Video. Join in on Zoom for a screening of The PhD Survival Video followed by a discussion of the issues it raises about postgraduate researcher mental health and wellbeing.

- 6pm: Free Cinema Experience | Little Miss Sunshine Screening + Free Snacks! The University Welfare Services Team will be there to show you their brand new mental health resources. You can meet Tom Truman, the new Mental Health & Well-Being Liaison Officer.
