Participants Needed For Human Factors Research Study Of Human Computer Interaction

Adam Bogg – PhD Researcher at Coventry University (Future Transport and Cities Institute) is investigating techniques for measuring the Situation Awareness of human operators working with Autonomous computer systems.
Volunteers of all ages and backgrounds are sought to participate in a simple Computer-based Simulation Exercise (see screen shot) in which the participant will be asked to talk with a Computer. The Exercise will take approximately 40 minutes to complete and will take place in the ntdc, at Coventry University Technology Park. Participants must be over 18, have unimpaired or corrected sight, unimpaired hearing and speech, and no previous experience in Air Traffic Management
The Exercise has been reviewed and approved through the formal Research Ethics procedure at Coventry University, and all responses and data gathered will be treated confidentially.
