Online Format A series of virtual events offering insights and support into how each of us can improve our mental health and what we can do to support others will run from 10-16 May to mark Mental Health Awareness Week 2021.

From industry talks to creative masterclasses, there is an event for everyone. Each session is an hour long and designed to fit into your working week, providing an opportunity to work on your own happiness and mental strength.
