Have you had a break from your research degree lately? Did you want to spend some time socialising with other postgraduate researchers? Why don’t you come along to the PGR Festive Social where you can meet other PGRs and immerse yourself in Coventry’s research community for an evening.
It’s all too easy to get absorbed in the research part of being a postgraduate researcher and forget about the huge PGR community across the University. As it’s the time of year to experience good cheer, come along with friends or to meet new people, enjoy a bite to eat and have a drink on the Doctoral College & YourSU.

As there are limited spaces the event is restricted to current PGRs at Coventry University (one ticket per person) and we would ask that you sign-up soon.
What if there are no spaces? If you would like to come join the festivities, please email RECAP@coventry.ac.uk no later than midday on Wednesday the 14th of December (GMT) and we will let you know if there are any spaces available. Do not just turn up on the evening because we will not be able to admit you to the event.
For this reason, if you are unable to make it please let us know in advance by emailing RECAP@coventry.ac.uk so that we can gift that place to someone else.
*Festive clothing encouraged but not required.
**Light refreshments will be available including vegan and vegetarian food options and you can claim your first drink on us (up to the value of £3.50) and using the drinks token provided to you when you sign in
