Data Collection Skills: Observation

Session Description  

Observation is a widely used method of data collection in social science research. In this session the concepts and process of structured and unstructured observation will be covered with hands-on activities. This is suitable for PGRs and Staff who want to use observation as a method of data collection in their research. The expectation is that participants will be able to gain the basic understanding of the process to facilitate more independent learning and use.
