Course outline:

This course is part of the Doctoral Supervision Programme and the CU Supervisor Development Framework

The course is designed, delivered and co-ordinated by the Doctoral College and Centre for Research Capability and Development.

This course will offer participants the opportunity to discuss the key features and connections between quality academic writing, critical thinking and feedback. The course will review the approaches, tools and strategies to support and develop academic writing, and reflect on the role of supervisors’ feedback in this process.

This is a fully online course with 2 weeks of online learning and a mandatory Zoom session taking place on Monday 23rd January 2022 10am – 12pm.

The overall time required to successfully complete this course is estimated to be 6 hours.
